He noted that some buildings are already inhabited, yet these structures have not been officially commissioned.
“This leads to a situation where taxes do not enter the budget. Once a building is commissioned, the construction company is obligated to pay taxes,” Tumonbaev explained.
The deputy suggested the possibility of collusion between construction companies and the Ministry of Construction, which allows them to avoid paying taxes.
“What is preventing you from accepting these properties for so long?” the deputy asked.
In response to this statement, Minister of Construction Nurdin Oruntaev stated that no one is interested in such a situation.
“Until 2022, more than 200 real estate properties did not have permits for commissioning and other necessary documents. Since then, we have managed to resolve issues regarding 150 properties,” the minister noted.
