The Mayor of Manas, Ernisbek Ormokov, provided detailed reports on construction projects and events carried out in 2025, which were funded from local and republican budgets, as well as from other sources.
In his speech, the mayor also discussed the budget plans for 2026, including the works that will be carried out using resources from the local and republican budgets, as well as the planned investment projects.
In addition to representatives of the municipality, the hearings were attended by deputies of the Manas City Kenesh, heads of local institutions and enterprises, as well as residents of the city invited from territorial administrations.
Participants were informed that the planned budget for 2026 exceeds the revenues of 2025 by 377.5 million soms, highlighting the growth of the city's financial capabilities.
