Almambet Shykmamatov summarized the work of the tax service for 2025
At a meeting of the board of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Chairman Almambet Shykmamatov reported that the results of the work in 2025 cannot be explained by random circumstances or favorable economic conditions.
“These achievements are the result of a consistent and well-thought-out state policy implemented under the direction of the president and the cabinet of ministers, as well as the result of the professional and responsible work of the entire tax service team,” he added.
Shykmamatov noted that the most important outcome of 2025 was not only the exceeding of planned indicators but also a fundamental change in the approach to interaction with taxpayers.
“We have redefined our relationship with taxpayers — it is no longer ‘the controller and the violator,’ but ‘the state and the partner.’ This change in mindset has already yielded tangible results for the budget and the economy as a whole, as confirmed by the figures and development dynamics,” emphasized the head of the State Tax Service.
