The Chairman of the State Tax Service, Alambet Shykmamatov, during his speech at the meeting of the agency's board emphasized that the results achieved by the end of 2025 are not a consequence of a favorable economic situation or temporary measures. He noted that these achievements are the result of a targeted and consistent state policy implemented under the direction of the president and the cabinet of ministers, as well as the professional work of the entire Tax Service team.
Shykmamatov highlighted that the most significant achievement of 2025 was not only exceeding planned indicators but also a change in the philosophy of dialogue between the state and taxpayers.
“We have transitioned from a ‘controller - violator’ model to a ‘state - partner’ concept. This change in approaches has already brought tangible results for the budget and the economy as a whole, as confirmed by the figures and growth dynamics,” he added.
