The Ministry of Transport has simplified the procedure for obtaining permits
In Kyrgyzstan, the Ministry of Transport has eased the process of obtaining permits for road freight transportation to China, as reported by the government.
Now, it takes freight carriers only 10 minutes to process the necessary "permits," instead of the previous 24 hours.
This improvement has been made possible by the implementation of the electronic system e-Permit for submitting applications and obtaining permits online, as well as the introduction of cashless payments through electronic wallets. Additionally, the exchange of information between government agencies has been significantly facilitated through the electronic platform "Tündük".
It is worth noting that in 2025, Kyrgyzstan and China exchanged 130,000 forms of foreign permits for road freight transportation.
