Important results of the "Government Accelerators" program were presented by the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev. During this initiative, 12 significant reforms were implemented in 2025. One of the most notable achievements was the introduction of digital solutions in the system for obtaining permits for road transportation to the People's Republic of China.
Previously, the process of obtaining permits was labor-intensive and required personal presence at the Ministry of Transport, which could take up to 24 hours. Now, thanks to the implementation of the e-Permit program and integration with the "Tündük" platform, carriers have the opportunity to submit applications and pay for services online using electronic wallets. This innovation has reduced the time for obtaining permits to 10 minutes, which is especially important given the exchange of 130,000 forms annually.
Additionally, a long-standing issue of transport control at the borders of the Eurasian Economic Union has been resolved. Due to the lack of data exchange between partner countries, entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan were forced to provide documents in paper form, wasting time in queues. Within 100 days, the relevant authorities integrated information systems, automated processes, and implemented electronic issuance of permits for cabotage transportation. These steps helped eliminate administrative barriers and significantly speed up the border crossing processes for domestic logistics companies.
