In Cholpon-Ata, in the resort area, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic reported the detection of illegal construction.
The inspection conducted by inspectors from the Issyk-Kul Regional Office of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department was part of a raid operation.
During the inspection, it was found that the company OsOO "Dagas City" was constructing two-story guest houses without the necessary permits.
As a result of the inspection, a protocol was drawn up for violations of the legislation provided for by the KR Code "On Offenses". The developer was fined 200,000 soms, and construction work was temporarily halted. The company was also given instructions to rectify all identified violations.
