According to him, funding will be allocated across key areas of the city's development:
• 11.7 billion soms (35.6% of the total expenditure) will be allocated for protected items;
• 6.3 billion soms (19.1%) is earmarked for mandatory expenses;
• 3.2 billion soms (9.7%) will go to other expenses;
• the development budget will amount to 11.7 billion soms, which also constitutes 35.6% of the total expenditure.
“This budget structure is aimed at achieving balance, fulfilling social obligations, and implementing infrastructure projects,” noted Sadyrbaev.
