According to him, the actual revenues of the city amounted to 30.5 billion soms, which exceeds the revised plan of 29.4 billion soms. This means that the plan was fulfilled at a level of 103.8%, which is equivalent to an over-fulfillment of 1.1 billion soms.
The budget expenditures of the capital in 2025 amounted to 30.7 billion soms, with the majority of these funds directed towards the development of urban infrastructure.
Additionally, in 2025, 2.9 billion soms were allocated from the Stabilization Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to support projects aimed at improving urban infrastructure. These funds were primarily used for the construction and repair of roads, landscaping, ensuring safety in educational institutions, and implementing other important initiatives.
