In the Jumgal district, in the village of Aral, a new transport control point will be built on the North-South highway. This decision was made at a meeting of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

According to information from the ministry, the main goal of creating the control point is to ensure safety on the roads, as well as to monitor compliance with weight and size regulations by freight vehicles, which will help prevent the deterioration of road surfaces.

Additionally, this initiative aims to reduce instances of illegal and excessive transportation, preserve road infrastructure, and strengthen order in the transport sector.

The ministry also plans to carry out phased major repairs of existing transport control points across the country that have not been updated for many years.

Funding for construction and repair work will be provided by the Stabilization Fund, established at the initiative of the president.
