Participants in the discussions included the chairman of the city council Bolot Bayetov, the first deputy mayor Omorbek Torobaev, deputies, heads of various institutions and enterprises, heads of local territorial administrations, as well as public activists and residents of the city.
The main budget expenditures will be directed towards providing public services, defense, addressing economic issues, housing and communal services, developing sports and culture, as well as education and social protection.
During the discussion, participants proposed a number of initiatives aimed at improving the lives of citizens with disabilities, increasing funding for social protection, and developing infrastructure in the residential areas of "Alay-1" and "Alay-2".
Questions were also raised about the need to simplify co-financing of projects in rural administrations, optimize public transport routes, ensure reliable electricity supply, repair roads, and improve the ecological situation and sanitary conditions in the southern capital.
