During his field visits, Baktybek Kudaybergenov noted the quality of the organization of the enumerators' work and paid attention to the readiness of the population to participate in the census. He emphasized that residents have a positive attitude towards this campaign and show interest in its results.
"The agricultural census will provide an opportunity to form a complete picture of the state of the agricultural sector, including information on land use, livestock numbers, the structure of agricultural producers, and the technologies used. This data will serve as the basis for developing strategic decisions at the state level," the committee head noted.
The data collection for the census covers all regions of the country and will last from March 20 to April 10. Data collection is carried out by specially trained enumerators who use digital tools and conduct personal interviews.
The National Statistical Committee urges farmers, agricultural producers, and households to actively participate in the census and provide accurate data.
