During a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Bolot Ibragimov expressed the opinion that the main reason for problems on the roads lies in the corruption that has existed for many years.
“The problem is not the quality of training, but that many simply obtained driver's licenses without any training. The responsibility lies with the state, not with the people who are now being forced to study for 10-12 months,” Ibragimov emphasized.
He also pointed out that this decision is deeply erroneous and requires reconsideration.
