Aman Kebekov, a specialist in cadastral valuation from the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, noted in an interview on "Birinchi Radio" that making any predictions about prices in 2026 is currently premature.

He also added that the price dynamics in the real estate market will be influenced by the rising costs of construction materials.

According to Kebekov, an increase in transactions and prices is typically observed in the fall, which is associated with the completion of agricultural work and the availability of finances for people.
