Regional Breakdown
City of Bishkek: the decline was minimal — from 100.1% to 100.0%
Batken Region: decrease from 100.2% to 99.9%
Jalal-Abad Region: reduction from 96.5% to 96.3%
The largest decline occurred in the Naryn Region — from 98.3% to 96.8% (a decrease of 1.5 percentage points)
City of Osh: the return rate fell from 100.1% to 97.3% (a decrease of 2.8 percentage points), which was the most significant decline among all regions
At the same time, some regions showed growth:
Issyk-Kul Region: increase from 96.9% to 98.0% (+1.1 percentage points)
Talas Region: growth from 95.2% to 96.1% (+0.9 percentage points)
Chui Region: increase from 100.8% to 101.3% (+0.5 percentage points)
