The initiator of this draft law was the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Benazir Nurlanova, presented information on this issue.
She emphasized that the goal of the draft law is to improve legislation in the field of credit information, as well as to create more favorable conditions for increasing financial accessibility for citizens and entrepreneurs.
In particular, it is planned to reduce the storage periods for credit information, which will simplify borrowers' access to loans, reduce the burden on the banking system, and support the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
