This draft law was initiated by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Benazir Nurlanova, presented information about the project.
She emphasized that the purpose of the draft law is to improve legislation in the field of credit information, which, in turn, will create more favorable conditions for financial inclusion and access to credit resources for both citizens and entrepreneurs.
One of the proposals is to reduce the retention periods for credit information, which should facilitate borrowers' access to loans, reduce the burden on the banking system, and promote the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
