Choro Seyitova, the First Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, explained that the initiative was put forward to eliminate the legal conflict that arose after the adoption of the main law in 2025.
During the discussion, deputies Dastan Bekeshev and Kamila Talieva expressed the opinion that the law "On Investments in the Kyrgyz Republic," adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh in June 2025, was developed too quickly and without proper analysis. This led to the need for amendments.
They emphasized that draft laws in such an important area should be developed based on thorough preparation and broad discussion to avoid the need for repeated changes.
