The strategy consists of four main components: a general plan for the development of the sector, a comprehensive set of measures for implementing the necessary changes, an indicator matrix that allows for the assessment of achieved results, and calculations of resource needs. All these documents have been approved as appendices to the resolution.
Government institutions that will participate in the implementation of the strategy are required to ensure the complete and timely execution of the action plan, as well as to inform the Ministry of Economy and Commerce quarterly about the progress of implementation. This ministry, in turn, will monitor the process and provide consolidated reporting to the president's administration.
The resolution will come into effect in seven days.
