According to the official document, all anniversary events will be held at the state level. The committee is required to develop and approve a plan for the main events by March 31, 2026, in order to honor the contribution of the outstanding writer, philosopher, humanist, and statesman Chinghiz Aitmatov, who is a people's writer and Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The responsibility for ensuring the organizational and methodological work of the committee will be entrusted to the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy.
This order comes into effect upon its signing.
