In accordance with the new document, the staffing units of both the central office of the Ministry of Health and its regional divisions have been changed and clarified, including the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, the Center for Health Development and Medical Technologies, as well as the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund.
Additionally, changes have been made to the payment procedures: the list of employees to whom certain bonuses and allowances do not apply has been specified. The new versions of the appendices to the resolution aim to unify the rules for calculating payments and eliminate the duplication of norms.
The Ministry of Health has also been tasked, in collaboration with JSC "Tunduk," to implement the digitalization of medical statistical reporting and the introduction of information systems. The President's Administration will monitor the implementation of the provisions of this document.
The resolution will come into effect in ten days.
