During the meeting, more than 30 citizens expressed their concerns on various issues. The topics of the appeals ranged from the accessibility and quality of medical services to problems related to forensic examinations, the operation of private clinics, the treatment of children, the provision of medications, and cases of unethical treatment of patients.
During the reception, clarifications were provided on many of the appeals. Minister Dosmambetov instructed the relevant services to thoroughly examine the submitted materials and promptly address the identified issues, as stated in the official announcement.
