Recently, a video appeared on social media showing large crowds and long lines at this medical facility. In response, Health Minister Kanibek Dosmambetov ordered immediate measures to address the problem.
In particular, in the consultative and diagnostic department shown in the video, laboratories that were causing difficulties in the waiting area were relocated to other rooms. An additional registration desk was also opened, which helped to organize the queues. Furthermore, work has begun to increase the waiting area space.
At present, patient admissions are being conducted in a normal mode, and the medical staff continues to work according to the established schedule.
