Important aspects of the new rules will include the conditions for minors attending educational institutions, as well as the procedure for interacting with their legal representatives. The responsibility for implementing these measures has been assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education of Russia.
This initiative is aimed at organizing the work with foreign children present in the country. Ultimately, the Russian government expects to receive a corresponding report on these issues.
