The Cabinet approved the list of licensed additional education programs with increased risks to life and health.
According to Resolution No. 840, this decision is aimed at expanding educational services and creating a competitive environment in the market.
The ministries of science, higher education and innovations, as well as education, have been instructed to align their actions with the new resolution.
The resolution will come into effect 10 days after its official publication in the newspaper "Erkin Too" (December 30, 2025, No. 103).
List of additional education programs subject to licensing due to risks to life and health
1. Additional education programs in the healthcare sector, including traditional medicine (by areas)
2. Programs in the field of fire and civil safety, including rescue operations (by areas)
3. Additional education programs in national, military, and criminal-executive activities (by areas)
4. Training in the safe handling of civilian and service weapons
5. Programs in the operation of hazardous production facilities (by areas)
6. Religious education programs (by areas)
7. Programs in extreme tourism and mountaineering, including industrial mountaineering (by areas)
8. Educational programs in beauty, cosmetology, and aesthetics (by areas)
9. Programs in the mining industry (by areas)
10. Programs in psychology and speech therapy for children and adults (by areas)
11. Programs in aviation and space technologies (by areas)
12. Food production programs (by areas)
13. Programs in construction and repair work (by areas)
14. Programs in gas and oil and gas management (by areas)
15. Programs for radiation, chemical, and biological protection (by areas)
16. Programs in woodworking, locksmithing, and welding production (by areas)
17. Programs in electrical engineering production (by areas)
18. Programs related to the operation of vehicles, hazardous machinery, and aircraft (by areas).
Note: To obtain a license for educational activities in items 1 and 6 of this list, the applicant must submit to the authorized state body in the field of education a conclusion from the coordinating body, formatted according to the established form, in accordance with the Regulation on the Licensing of Certain Types of Activities, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities" dated December 14, 2023, No. 678.
