The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan has announced a temporary suspension of raid inspections and control purchases for representatives of small and medium businesses. This measure will be in effect until December 31, 2026.
The agency clarifies that this decision is aimed at supporting entrepreneurs, reducing the tax burden, and creating more favorable conditions for doing business.
Now, tax authorities will not conduct inspections on the following issues:
- use of cash registers;
- issuance of invoices;
- working with card terminals;
- payments through electronic money and QR codes;
- availability of necessary documents for goods.
- operate under a simplified system with a single tax of 0% or 0.5%;
- work under a patent;
- engage in trade in a special tax zone;
- carry out sewing or textile production with a tax of 0.25%.
- operate without registration or a patent;
- have become the subject of complaints from citizens or organizations;
- have tax debts or do not fulfill obligations for employee payments;
- sell excise goods (for example, alcohol or tobacco) — in this case, the presence of excise stamps will be checked.
