The identified violations relate to the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of the inspection, the company "Shansi Coal Investment Group" was fined 17,000 soms (seventeen thousand soms).
Additionally, for the use of surface water in 2024-2025, the company has been issued a directive requiring the payment of 1,484,280 soms. A period of one month has been allotted for compliance with this directive.
