As part of this program, the sale of 24 facilities is planned. Currently, 4 facilities have been successfully sold at electronic auction for a total amount of 15 billion 415 million 803 thousand 339 soms:
1. The full package of shares of CJSC "Alfa Telecom" (MegaCom) was sold for 14 billion 800 million soms.
2. 28.34% of the state package shares in the charter capital of LLC "Kapriz" — 106 million 830 thousand 245 soms.
3. 70% of the shares in the charter capital of LLC "SK Resource" were sold for 41 million 750 thousand 94 soms.
4. Buildings and structures located at: Jalal-Abad, Toktogul St., 51 (belonging to the National Security Service of Jalal-Abad Region) were sold for 93 million soms.
Additionally, by decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, several enterprises were reorganized and transformed into open joint-stock companies while retaining 100% of state shares:
• The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the KR dated July 14, 2024, No. 413 transformed the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Energy into OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur" with a charter capital of 10 billion 757 million 477 thousand 900 soms.
• The state enterprise "Customs Infrastructure" under the State Customs Service of the Ministry of Finance became a property complex while retaining 100% of shares in state ownership, with assets worth 2 billion 279 million 381 thousand 437 soms.
• "Ala-Too Resort" under the Office of the President was also transformed into OJSC "Ala-Too Resort", retaining 100% of shares in state ownership, with asset value amounting to 2 billion 472 million 847 thousand 35 soms.
Additionally, two facilities were included in the charter capitals of economic societies:
• The former "Kerben" terminal, apron, land plot, navigation equipment, and special machinery were included in the charter capital of OJSC "Manas International Airport".
Regarding the 100% shares of CJSC "Kumtor Operating Company", a tender was held to assess the value of the share package (for their inclusion in the charter capital of OJSC "Kyrgyzaltyn"). A contract with LLC "Standard Group" was concluded for the amount of 357 thousand soms, and the assessment work is ongoing.
According to Tokonov, in addition to the aforementioned facilities, 7 facilities were transferred to state authorities for further use, 2 facilities were put up for auction several times but did not find buyers, and the privatization procedures for a number of other facilities are currently suspended for various reasons.
