In accordance with the specified decree:
1. The State Security Service under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic is established, which will be formed on the basis of the ninth service of the State National Security Committee.
2. This service will be under the direct control of the president and will be responsible for carrying out tasks related to the protection of facilities and individuals, in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Important provisions include:
– the appointment and dismissal of the chairman of the State Security Service is carried out by the president;
– the deputies of the chairman are appointed and dismissed by the president upon the recommendation of the chairman.
4. The basis for the legal regulation of the activities of the State Security Service will be the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Law on State Security, this decree, and other relevant regulatory acts.
5. The president will also approve the regulations on the State Security Service, its staffing schedule, and structure.
6. The Cabinet of Ministers is tasked with:
– bringing its decisions in line with the specified decree;
– taking additional measures arising from this decree.
7. The decree comes into force from the moment of its official publication.
