
According to information from the Ministry of Labor, the program is aimed at training specialists in in-demand professions: participants undergo short-term training and then complete an internship in state, private, and municipal institutions.
This program offers employers a number of advantages, such as:
● the ability to shape young specialists according to the specific needs of the company;
● reduced costs for searching and adapting new employees;
● access to young, motivated candidates who already possess basic skills;
● the opportunity to evaluate interns before their official employment.
It is important to note that interns are provided with a government scholarship of 8,600 soms per month during the internship period, as well as a scholarship during training.
The program covers 30 pilot cities and regions of Kyrgyzstan. Employers wishing to participate can contact local employment services to apply and obtain additional information about the participation procedure. There is also an option to submit an application online.
This project is aimed at developing the professional skills of youth, supporting employment, and strengthening the local labor market, providing mutually beneficial conditions for cooperation between employers and young specialists.
