During the conflict, it was recorded that hundreds of citizens from Central Asia fought on the side of Israel, including 264 individuals from Uzbekistan. These people represent five different nationalities, the specific names of which are not specified, but all of them hold Israeli citizenship.
In addition, among the foreigners participating in the hostilities, there are mentions of 189 citizens of Kazakhstan, 52 citizens of Kyrgyzstan, 31 citizens of Turkmenistan, and 8 citizens of Tajikistan.
