According to the new resolution, "Kyzmat" will now serve as the operator of key digital services that were previously managed by other organizations.
The document outlines the following changes:
- functions related to the issuance of certificates for electronic signature verification are now transferred to "Kyzmat" according to a 2021 resolution;
- amendments have been made to the resolution on unified electronic mail: "Kyzmat" now acts as the technical operator of the system, replacing "Infocom";
- the changes also pertain to plans for the implementation of the Local Self-Government Development Program until 2028 and the State Program for Regional Development until 2030 — in these documents, "Kyzmat" is designated as the responsible executor.
Additionally, a new name has been added to the register of official abbreviations: "Kyzmat" MM — this is a state institution subordinate to the presidential administration.
The resolution will come into effect in seven days.
