According to Tumanbaev, citizens will now be able to complete the registration process remotely, which will free them from the need to stand in long lines. Additionally, a new service for delivering documents and license plates directly to their homes will be available.
“Starting from April 1, you will only need to come to the 'Unaa' institution to receive state license plates and the technical passport. Currently, the 'single window' principle is in effect,” he noted, addressing the visitors of the institution.
Furthermore, Tumanbaev familiarized himself with the progress of the construction of the new building of the institution and instructed to resolve all issues related to financing. He also emphasized that the facility will be completed and put into operation this year.
