In light of the current conflicts in the Middle East, global air traffic has undergone significant changes. Airports in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait have temporarily suspended services for a number of flights.

International departures to this region have ceased, and airlines have begun to develop alternative routes, while airports are ramping up their operations. The situation at the main air hub of Kyrgyzstan — Manas International Airport — has been described by representatives of OAO "Airports of Kyrgyzstan".

Passengers are advised to be vigilant

In light of current events, passengers are advised to closely monitor the status of their flights through the official websites of airlines and the airport, as well as to check information about departure or arrival times in advance before heading to the airport.

In case of flight cancellation, passengers should contact the airline or the point of ticket purchase to arrange for a refund or rebooking for other dates.

Safety remains a top priority

In these conditions, airports have no ability to influence the suspension of flights and route changes, as these decisions are made by airlines and aviation authorities in the region.

“We continue to collaborate with carriers and aviation partners to stabilize the route network and minimize financial losses. The safety of passengers and crew is our top priority,” the company noted.
