According to him, fuel imported into the country by rail is required to be labeled upon entry. "This labeling is not just a symbol, but a way to verify the authenticity of the product," Akmatov noted.
He also emphasized that such a protection system helps citizens: "Labeling guarantees that the fuel remains intact until it is sold to the final consumer. If foreign additives are added to the fuel during transportation, it loses its labeling and becomes illegal," he added.
Akmatov also pointed out that labeling is an important tool for state control. "With its help, the government can track legal volumes of fuel supplies and collect taxes," he concluded.
