Due to changes in the weather, the northern side of the bridge on Jibek-Jolu Avenue in Bishkek is planned to be opened this upcoming weekend.
Previously, the width of the bridge was 9 meters, but after the renovations, it has been increased to 13 meters on the northern side. The total width of the bridge is now 34.3 meters, and its length is 25 meters.
It is important to note that traffic will be organized on the new northern side of the bridge, while the opening of the southern side is expected by the end of March.
Currently, work is ongoing to finalize the reconstruction of the bridge by the relevant services.
