According to information from the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chuy Region, Asipa Arstanovna Borbukova resides in Bishkek, at the address: Prigorodnoye village, Gagarin Street, house 17. She is currently in one of the shelters in Kara-Balta, located in the Jayil district.
Relatives of Borbukova have also been located, and they reported that they did not contact law enforcement regarding her disappearance. They expressed their intention to take her from the shelter.
