Minister of Economy Sydykov Meets with Regional Director of the World Bank for Central Asia

The Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, Bakyt Sydykov Amangeldiev, held a meeting with Najy Benhassine, the Regional Director of the World Bank for Central Asia, on January 26. This was reported by the ministry's press service.

During the discussion, representatives from both sides addressed issues of cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the World Bank. Sydykov shared information about the current state of the country's economy, highlighting the positive growth dynamics observed in recent years due to a comprehensive approach to the development of key sectors.

An important point of the meeting was the discussion of the implementation of current projects funded by the World Bank, as well as plans to strengthen and expand the partnership. The World Bank representative confirmed their readiness to continue supporting Kyrgyzstan and noted the positive trends in the republic's economic growth.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed a mutual desire to intensify efforts to fulfill previously reached agreements.
