The presentation of the new Deputy Minister — Kayrat Erkinovich Tursunkulov — took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The appointment was approved by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev.

Sagynbek Abdumutalip, who holds the position of head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, emphasized the high qualifications and experience of Kayrat Tursunkulov, which, in his opinion, will help in the effective management of the assigned areas and in strengthening the country's international relations.

Finally, Sagynbek Abdumutalip wished Kayrat Tursunkulov success and productive work in his new responsible position.

Kayrat Erkinovich Tursunkulov was born on May 23, 1985. Since 2009, he has been working in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, starting his career as an intern and rising to the position of Director of the State Protocol Department.

In addition, he has worked in the Government Office and represented the country in diplomatic missions in Germany, Austria, and Belgium.

Tursunkulov holds the diplomatic rank of Counselor 1st class and is fluent in English and German.
