As a result of the conducted activities, 567 violations were identified, and the total amount of fines imposed was 3 million 907.5 thousand soms, of which 3 million 594.5 thousand soms were collected.
Issyk-Kul and Son-Kul
There were 99 raids conducted on the waters of Issyk-Kul, during which 63 fines were imposed for a total of 335.5 thousand soms. Lawsuits were also filed for a total of 3 million 38 thousand 162 soms, of which 2 million 371 thousand 893 soms were successfully collected. As a result of the activities, 30 thousand 600 meters of synthetic fishing nets were destroyed.
On Lake Son-Kul, 100 raids were conducted, resulting in 98 violations and fines totaling 308 thousand soms. 3,800 meters of fishing nets were confiscated and destroyed.
In total, 56,900 meters of synthetic fishing nets were removed from illegal circulation.
Illegal Hunting and Transportation
At Manas International Airport, a case of illegal transportation of shot birds was recorded. In accordance with the legislation, a lawsuit was filed for 265.5 thousand soms, which was fully satisfied.
Additionally, at the Dostuk checkpoint, 200 sea turtles were detained, which were later transferred to the Osh Zoo.
Also, last year, at the direction of the president, an inventory of 1,267 recreational facilities was conducted. The country has 226 wastewater treatment plants; however, 868 guest houses do not have such facilities.
