During the inspections, 3,619 acts were drawn up, and 1,981 directives were issued, which allowed for the elimination of 7,777 violations. In total, during the reporting period, 4,879 violations were documented, and the damage caused to the state amounted to 130 million 961 thousand soms.
Protocols were drawn up for 4,547 cases, and the total amount of fines imposed was 73 million 710 thousand soms. As of December 31, 2025, 66 million 145 thousand soms had been collected, which is 89.7% of the total amount.
Additionally, 474 claims for environmental damage were filed, amounting to 57 million 251 thousand soms. For 495 episodes (including ongoing claims from previous years), the total amount of recoveries was 35 million 341 thousand 300 soms, corresponding to 61.6% compliance.

- Water resources – 244 cases, 5 million 521 thousand soms;
- Waste – 809 cases, 11 million 720 thousand soms;
- Land resources – 451 cases, 48 million 926 thousand soms;
- Flora – 248 cases, 6 million 61 thousand soms;
- Fauna – 1,031 cases, 11 million 627 thousand soms;
- Industrial safety – 548 cases, 10 million 706 thousand soms;
- Mining supervision – 349 cases, 8 million 983 thousand soms;
- Subsoil protection – 169 cases, 5 million 354 thousand soms.
The ministry noted that air pollution remains one of the most pressing issues in the country. Throughout the year, active control measures were carried out, during which 260 violations were identified, resulting in fines totaling 6 million 478 thousand soms.
In addition, to monitor pollutant emissions, 472 vehicles were inspected. As a result, 231 violations were identified, leading to fines amounting to 3 million 854 thousand 500 soms.
Inspectors from the environmental control department participated 51 times in inspections at the railway checkpoint "Kainy" in the Chui region, where the radiation background of mineral fertilizers in 159 wagons was checked.
To enhance environmental culture across the country, 515 educational events were held. A total of 1,100 notifications were sent to business entities to prevent violations of legislation, and 117 informational materials were published in the media.
