
As a result of the agency's work, 1,981 directives were issued, which allowed for the elimination of 7,777 violations. The total damage caused to the state amounted to 130 million 961 thousand soms.
Inspectors conducted 3,619 checks among entrepreneurs, resulting in the same number of reports.
Fines and Recovery Results
In connection with the identified violations, 4,547 protocols were drawn up, and fines were imposed totaling 73 million 710 thousand soms. By the end of December 2025, the Ministry managed to recover 66 million 145 thousand soms, which is 89.7 percent of the total amount.
Additionally, the agency filed 474 lawsuits for environmental damage amounting to 57 million 251 thousand soms. Considering cases from previous years, the execution of the lawsuits amounted to 35 million 341.3 thousand soms, which is 61.6 percent.

The ministry paid significant attention to the quality of atmospheric air. In this area, inspectors identified 260 violations and imposed fines totaling 6 million 478 thousand soms. A total of 472 vehicles were checked for harmful emissions, resulting in 231 violations being recorded.
In terms of radiation safety, experts participated 51 times in the work of interdepartmental commissions at the "Kainy" railway checkpoint, where they measured the radiation background of mineral fertilizers in 159 wagons.
