During the inspection, it was established that the fire broke out due to unextinguished coal ash that was among the waste.
The municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" from the city of Cholpon-Ata was fined 28,000 soms, in accordance with Article 230 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to violations of air pollution emission standards.
In addition, explanatory work was carried out with representatives of this institution aimed at ensuring compliance with fire safety rules at the landfill and preventing the recurrence of similar incidents.
