At the parliamentary meeting, Deputy Gulai Mashrapova (District 8) raised the issue of the need to inspect the "Asphalt-Beton Group" plant for compliance with environmental standards in the Kara-Suu district.

According to Mashrapova, local residents are expressing concern about the smoke coming from the facility. The plant suspended its operations on December 20 due to adverse weather conditions and plans to resume work with the onset of warm weather. The deputy insists on the necessity of checking compliance with environmental regulations in its operations.

In addition, she noted that there is a boarding school for children with hearing impairments in the area, where 60 students are educated. The deputy emphasized that only 28 soms are allocated for each child's nutrition, which, in her opinion, is extremely insufficient and does not align with the principles of reasonable economy.
