The director of the educational institution, Gulkayir Mayrykeeva, reported that the basement had been vacant and unused for a long time. However, the situation changed thanks to volunteer Alex Lowe, who came in 2023 to teach English.
As a result of the project led by Alex Lowe, a major renovation of the abandoned basement was carried out, with a total cost of 1 million 600 thousand soms. Now, this space houses a new assembly hall and classrooms for extracurricular activities.
Additionally, with the support of the development fund, a complete reconstruction of the basement's engineering systems was carried out.
As part of the infrastructure modernization, a modern boiler room was also installed at the school, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the academic year.
