In her report, Kyshtobaeva summarized the activities of the social block of the Chuy region for 2025.
As noted by the deputy representative, within the framework of expanding access to preschool education, 36 additional groups were opened in 27 kindergartens, allowing for the inclusion of 955 children.
During the pilot testing of the voucher mechanism, documents for 47 children were checked, and currently, vouchers have been issued to 41 children.
Additionally, Kyshtobaeva reported that there are 299 kindergartens operating in the Chuy region, providing education for 35,667 children and employing 1,398 educators.
As part of the implementation of the 12-year education program "Altyn Kazyq," 3,609 laptops were purchased for teachers by 2025, and an electronic diary was fully implemented. Furthermore, textbooks for the first, second, fifth, and seventh grades were acquired.
According to Kyshtobaeva, the quality of school education in the region has improved to 41%, which is 0.7% higher compared to the 2023-2024 academic year.
