At the parliament meeting on January 21, Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Gulzhan Satieva drew attention to the problems related to the construction and financing of children's institutions in the Moscow district.
She mentioned that in the Ak-Suu rural administration, a kindergarten for 100 places was built by a private investor in the village of Syydaly, costing over 40 million soms. Despite the construction work being completed, the institution still cannot be put into operation due to the lack of full funding from the rural administration, as reported by Satieva.

The deputy proposed to appeal to the Ministry of Finance for the allocation of the necessary funds, emphasizing that the rural administration is on a subsidy support.
Additionally, Satieva noted that the deputies inspected the condition of problematic social facilities in the Moscow and Jayil districts. In particular, she mentioned the kindergarten "Topolyok" in the village of Novo-Nikolaevka, which was built in 1914. According to her, the institution needs a new building, as the current one has emergency rooms and storage facilities.

The deputy believes that instead of constant expenses on repairs, it would be more reasonable to build a new institution.
