According to law enforcement, on January 28, a citizen B.E. reported to the department that on January 14, around 1:20 PM, an unknown woman stole a gold ring worth 14,000 soms from a boutique in one of the shopping centers and fled the scene.
In this regard, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District initiated a criminal case under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, police were able to identify the suspect — A.Z., born in 2007. She is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department.
Law enforcement is now checking her possible involvement in three other similar thefts. The investigation is ongoing.
