Sadik Sher-Niyaz, the ambassador of Kyrgyzstan in France, shared information about his election expenses, stating in a podcast with the agency "Kabar" that the amount was 300 thousand dollars.
He noted that during the election campaign, a significant portion of the budget goes to advertising and organizational expenses.
“Many deputies openly talk about their election expenses, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Unfortunately, such financial costs have become the norm. I won’t name names, but many well-known figures in the field of culture, writers, and historians, lacking sufficient funds, were unable to get into parliament,” he added.
