According to the representation, the new center is located at: 70 Shambetova Street. The project covers an area of 17,000 square meters and is being implemented with the support of the President of Kyrgyzstan.
The "Balastan" project includes modern museums, mazes, bowling alleys, cinemas, and specialized centers for the intellectual and creative development of children. An important part of the concept is the introduction of 5-6 robots with artificial intelligence that will serve visitors and act as guides in the Kyrgyz language. Currently, negotiations are underway with Chinese partners on this matter.
On the construction site, despite the winter conditions, 115 people are working. The construction is being carried out by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush," which operates under the aegis of the Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic, as stated in the report.
